- What can we say
about Jancis Robinson MW, the leading wine critic in the world today.
Her site is always informative and up to date with breaking wine
news and stacks of intelligent, independent, well written articles on her
world of wine. A must visit wine site. Do yourself a favour and subscribe
to her Purple Pages section for a fascinating appreciation of the international
world of wine. Jancis writes beautifully, and because of the respect she

"terroir"Dr Tim Unwin of London University would be highbank Medoc although
I think he'd prefer to be billabong Cote d'Or. He's one of the most active
and socially aware wine and food people in the world and well worth an Email
just to say hello. He loves answering detailed questions on human geography
and viticulture and really has nothing much else to do with his time. Tell
him I sent you" His current gig is running Tony Blair's education initiative
in Africa.
